lovbyts - get posting some new pics
Either I have my wits about me or im just lucky cause ive never had too much dodgy stuff happen to me, except in Nepal. But this is what this guy told me, so who is to say. I know down on the islands I personally didn't experience any problems with the law, though it wouldn't surprise me in the least if that kind of stuff did happen.
Did anyone visit any westerners in prison over there?
I didn't but you see a lot of ads about them wanting to see just anyone from the West.
No because I imagine most who are in ther its due to drugs or underaged girls. They deserve to be isolated.
IDK man. I watched some documentary on hookers in Thailand and most of them look like 5's maybe an occasional 6. If I am going to pay for sex its going to either be a pornstar or some ridiculously hot chick with huge fake cans. Not some thai chick.
Man and those girls must be so dirty. I doubt they are using condoms all the time. Shit if you are ****ing for 50 bucks the chances are someone offers you a 100 for no condom they will do it.....Gross
I wish I would have seen that. Maybe Ill watch it so I will never go again. I mean you have reports form several guys who have been there 1st hand and a news report by a NON bias news reporting agency. I mean we all know the news only report the truth, they never exaggerate or lie.....
Dirty? hahahaha I have found most of them are 10x cleaner than most women I have known in the us. Most clubs they work in require a health card that has to be signed by a doctor every 2 weeks - 1 month. How many girls do you know in the states that gets a std test 1x a month? Theses girls are not like hookers here who go with 2+ guys a night if they want to or not.... OK I'm going to leave it at that for now. I could go on and on but simply you need to educate yourself if you plan on ever going and if not then it's a mute point and dont think you know anything about the place from what you have read or news articles.
Example. Anyone ever watch to catch a predator where they go to Asia and catch all these guys such as a doctor who likes to pay for sex with underage girls? Ask anyone who has seen the show and 90% of them will tell you it's in Thailand. NO, No, no it's not. They land at BBK airport and travel to Cambodia because Cambodia does not have an airport like that.
In other words be careful what you say/repeat without knowing the real details.
All depends on what YOU consider hot. I would say they are some of the best dressed.
If you think you can tell a ladyboy from Thai girl for sure then, which one is which?
Here is another online test
http://www.bangkokdiaries.com/can-yo...-thai-ladyboy/
I took the online test and I got picked 100% of the ladyboys correctly although I also said a couple of the girls were ladyboys who were not. The girls I said were girls I was right. Better to be safe than sorry. lol
I made it easy with the pictures above. They ALL are ladyboys.

FTR, i have no problem with LB's. They dont wig me out at all. I wouldn't hook up with one dont get wrong, but im secure enough in my sexuality that i can honestly say that thew first and last ones are actually attractive.
BUT..the ones that clearly look like a dude in a wig, freak me the f*** out! Thats a difference ball (pun intended) game.
Most are just normal people for the most part except the super flamboyant over the top show stoppers that doing it just for show. If you get to know or date any Thai girl then you will also get to know a few ladyboys. I have yet to meet a thai girls who was not friends with a ladyboy and one or two butch/gay girls.
LByts, how much did you take with you for 14 days including airfare? Just curious. If you don't recall, no worries.
Yeah...I figured I would leave that one alone...far too much ignorance. All I'm gonna say is I've had 51 Thai girls (most from bars) and never got an std....I've got a little higher number of "normal" girls and I've gotten 1 std....I also have the same condom habits with both types of girls.....just sayin'
I spent over $10,000 cash in 31 days there just on partying///girls.
Honestly though, you can have an awesome time and always leave with a pretty girl for about $100 a day. That's including food/drinks/taxi etc.
It really just depends on how you do it. When I spend 2 months there this year I'm going to try and spend $15,000 or less TOTAL...since I'm about to become a poor college kid.
The following summer I'll probably stay in Thailand for 3 months and since I'll be a poor college kid I'll be looking at spending under $40 USD a day...but it all just depends on how things pan out for me "work wise"...
My 1st trip AF was $900 round trip. Stupid me could have gotten 1st class for another $200 and passed it up, went back 10 min later to try to find it and couldn't.Tip for flying, NEVER fly domestic, US carrier. All the other carriers are SOOoooo much better. Asiana, China, Korean air. More seat room, MUCH better food, better service, friendly with a smile from a early 30s or younger cute sterwardess vs a 40+ grumpy guy/girl on US. Better selection of movies and just everything.
I was a typical tourist (somewhat) and spent to much the 1st trip. 2 weeks for hotel cost me about $700 but one place had a hot tup on the roof and we also rented a house with a pool for 5 days that included taxi service, daily maid service, breakfast, jacuzzi bath tub, separate game room with bar and pool table. This is the house we rented for under $100 a day.
And then my personal picture from there. No giving me a bad time about how I look, this was before I started TRT and got back i shape. I was a fat fvck I know. Luckily you cant see the rest of me. lol
Food is cheap nunless you eat out every day at some place nice. You can easily eat a full good meal for under $5 and if you are adventuresome you can feel 3 people for $5 in some of little hole in the wall places.
I did a bunch of the tour stuff and ended up paying for 2 most of my trip. I would say I spent about $2500 maybe a little more for EVERYTHING but that was doing a LOT more than I had ever done before and being treated 10x better everywhere I went. I'm sure it's a little more now but you can still go either way. You can rent a modest house with a pool for about $500+ a month depending on where you are staying if you shop around. If you want to stay someplace more modest like a long stay hotel like the girls do it's a lot cheaper.

Wat is that.![]()
Okay, so how is the food there? I'm not really much of a Thai BBQ fan. I'm more of a steak & potatoes guy. Would I starve there?
In Bangkok I ate deep fried insects. They taste pretty much just like fries. They also had a falafel stand in Ko Sahn Road that I was a fiend for. I remember also being able to buy fresh orange juice off a stand near there each morning.
On the islands I had the chance to eat shark, though i'd never do so again, for morale reasons. Nothing much special about it compared to other fish.
That's the one.
It's funny, it's been a long, long time since I was in Thailand, just over 10 years, but this thread is giving me all sorts of flashbacks!
I remember me, an American and a Israeli guy challenging 3 Palastinians to a game of fusball, The West vs The Middle East! Sadly we lost. Quite a bit of pride was in that game, lol!
Lbyts,
That house looks sweeeet! What a deal! I would probably just stay at one of the long stay motels for my first trip.
For the record, i have backpacked through Quintana Roo (Mex) with only a small backpack that fit into the over head luggage compartment. I did this having NEVER traveled before in my life - i was in my 30's at the time. I researched the heck out it first though, like you did. So i have no problem with a cheap, but clean, motel room and eating local food. And im not interested in touristy attractions like zip lining, animals, petting dolphins, para sailing..ect. When i travel to a foreign land my mind is instantly converted over to think like a local and blend in as much as i can. Unless its something that is a must see/do like a temple or a certain area that is must see.
2500$ for 14 days includes 900 airfare, at the time? And when you say "we" did you go with a buddy?
Thanks for the information. I love reading about your Thai adventures.![]()
