    Thumbs up First Cycle Advice

    M 20 YO
    WEIGHT 176 LBS ,166 LBM , 13.5-14% b.f
    4 year of training experience
    goal -166 to 180 lbm
    cycle- wk 1-6 dbol 30 mg ed ( milk thistle or liv 52 for liver) nolva in hand if needed
    wk 1-10 test e 500mg/wk (mon-thursday)
    pct after 2 weeks
    wk 13-14 40/40/20/20 nolva, 100/50/50/50 clomid

    I'd suggest dbol 1st 4weeks no nolva u need Ldex at .25 eod to start this is not on hand in case take it u need to control E with test nolva is for pct your pct looks ok

    One thing I left out your boarder line on age keep reading and researching your still developing

    i was confused about dbol becoz test kicks in 4 weeks so yeh no need for extra two weeks thanks for your advice mate

    OP have you read the stickies about cycling at your age? You have enough natural test floating around your body to make amazing gains with a good diet and training regime.

    i have strict diet for past 3 years from last 5-6 months i was seeing no size-strength gains and i have changed my training programs and my diet couple times to break my plateau so thats y m goona use em nd m preparing for my first competition

    If you haven't gained size you aren't eating enough and/or training hard enough. No amount of AAS will make up for not eating enough.

    diet depends on bulking and cutting cycle
    maintenance calories -2600to 2700 50c-30p-20f
    cutting calories - 2000 to 2200 30c-50p-20f
    bulking calories - 3000 to 3200 60c-40p-10f or 50c-40p-20f

    Theres no way you can't gain strength or size, you're 176lbs at 5'11, that's on the small side. Get on a 5x5 program and eat for the next couple of years.

    You lean body mass calculations are off. At that body fat your fat weight is 23-25 lbs. Your math is off. You can't have 10lbs of fat and be 14% body fat unless you weigh 70lbs. You can't bullshit us. If you don't know, don't act like you do.

    I think a little more reading and research would benefit you, particularly for someone your age. Your natural testosterone levels are sky high right now. I would concentrate on taking advantage of that as you can make tremendous gains in following few short years.

    It’s best to know the complications and associated health risks that could affect you should you decide to embark on this journey sooner than later. A few more years to allow your developing endocrine system to finish growing, and then perhaps look at using AAS.

    Hello, Im 40 yrs old, 6'1" 140lbs. I workout four days week. I have defined muscle but of course im thin and want to increase mass. I have been researching anabolics for a while and honestly there is so much mixed info out there. I want to do it right the first time. Experienced help will be greatly appreciated.
