Want throat doing but not sure what to go with

8 hours is a massive sitting for an arm

Nah, I did a six hour session i my right sleeve. Swelled like a bastard but it wasn't too bad. When I get home ill tell you the name of this spray I used for the swelling and soreness. It helped keeping it mobile

Lol no worries. Love talking about ink almost as much as fitness or bikes lol. I fly home to Miami once a year and get hours done at a time. Finishing my left arm. Stomach and chest and maybe just the front of my throat next time I go in July
