Food intake will me 4000 kcal 2.5/3 x bodyweight in protein 300 carbs 150 fats~
20 years old almost 21 and i have low testosterone (14.2 mnol) I'm always tired and have 0 strength gains anymore.
My doctor checked my bloodlevels 3 times and he didnt find anything what causes the low energy i have 2 years.
