In the chart posted by Gaspaco in this blog, the picture chart that shows BF%, the guy in the pic that shows 6-7% is pretty much what i look like.

Like I said before man, I am pretty new to all this. Ive been reading alot of post in the forum for the last couple of weeks, and there is ALOT knowlegde that has been helpful. I just want to do the best I can.
