I know what you mean but I get ultimate bacon cheeseburger at jack which is around 900 calories, and still dont make the gains i want to, im only 160lbs trying to get to 200lbs. i agree with teh first response. its easier to stay obese and unfit than to stay fit. our body is designed to survival, and the first rule of survival is to store food for emergency days, scarce days. so if you can get yourself to not go there then do it, but if its once in a while, its ok as long as you make up for it at the gym.
