Also, those cals in the ultimate jack aren't the kind of cals u want. U need clean cals that mean something nutritionally. Grease ain't one if em. I just wanted a cheeseburger cuz I don't feel like cooking or eating chicken or fish and I had the cals to spare and will hit my required macros because I still ate my other 6 meals today. Plus I'm not going to be able to have my cheat meal tomorrow
