    4 x 150lb female = 600 grams a day.... Isn't that like almost a pound and a half of chicken?
Assuming that it is 24oz of chicken (haven't done the math to double check you), that's 4 meals with 6oz per meal, which is a pretty typical serving of chicken for most women and is less than the typical full breast.

Yeah but not for four meals out the day... I usually do 4oz of chicken breast myself. Idk that just seems so high to me.

You're probably also eating carbs. On this plan, I'm basically not eating carbs at all. The carbs I am eating are in the form of fiberous veggies and a little fruit here and there.

Actually, I read your diet plan for your dry run. This is a plan specifically designed to get my metabolism to recover after too long on too low a caloric intake. (2+ years at sub 700 cal/day) And we've discovered that I'm VERY carb sensitive. Even when I have, say a breakfast sandwich, if it's not a protein based bread (sprouted and so on), then I become VERY tired about an hour or hour and a half (sometimes as much as 2 hours) after I eat. I mean falling asleep on my feet, tired.

A doctor supervised "weight loss plan". Long story, most of it very boring, if you're really interested, I'll PM it to you...
