    Need some pointers

    So thanks everyone or the advice after some of the forums and sites I've been reading on I found out my diet isn't perfect I am eating the right things for the most part but not in good order I guess does any one have a site that has a whole diet written out for each day that they think will help me also I'm kicking my training up to the max for 6 months and then starting my first cycle I'm stil unsure of what I wanna run al I know is test e and something but I any decide too much info to take in right now lol does anyone have full cycles written out to with pct and all?

    Yea thanks I did read that befor I posted this just seeing what other people thought about it too I am running an test e only at first still looking I I need to change my diet but I will post that in the right spot thanks again and is that your real pic ?

    You should post your proposed cycle for critique. Easier to get responses that way.

    The older I get, the cleaner I have to eat just to maintain peak level. Dang. Why couldn't AAS be the magic compound like everyone thinks it is? Just take a shot, sit around eat potato chips and watch sport. LOL

    Wk 1-10 Testosterone Cypionate = 200mg twice/wk e3.5d
    Wk 1-10 Arimidex .25mg EOD – monitor and adjust accordingly.
    Wk 1- 12.5 hCG = 250iu twice/wk day before test injection.

    PCT
    Begins wk 13 to wk 17

    Clomid 75/50/50/50
    Nolva 40/20/20/20 I've read up on all the products used here and sounds good to me all I am worried about is the whole estrogen levels I have read that you can completely eliminate them with serms throughout the cycle and this can cripple your gains so I was wondering should I get blood work done often to test for my levels?
