LEarn to read LABELS ... very important brother ....
and the total calories and the calories from fat .... divide the fat calories and the total and you will get the percentage of fat to calories .... try and never go more than 25 % of fat calories ...
Sugars make up a major portion of calories as well .... so a fat free product may be a sugar substitute ... and be worse than eating the product that has the fat .... like fig newtons ......
