    First of all this was the first time I ever tried to figure out my body fat. After looking at pictures I now know 21% is wrong.
    Why not tell me what is wrong with my cycle compounds that don't make sense? Why not tell me what exactly you recoment for a pct? Why not tell me exactly what I should eat?
    Look I realize I am in over my head right now! the last shot was yesterday morning so I have to work threw this the best that I can. If I knew a lot about nutrition I would be in the shape that I am in. I am trying to better myself. I know guys that eat 4 times as much as I do and cant gain a pound. And to top that off they sit around drinking beer and don't work out, I mean really how the hell does that work?

    If you don't want to help I understand.

    Brother, they are trying to help, you're just not listening. Just because someone's not saying what you want to hear, doesn't mean they're not trying to help. Listen to the vets in this thread. You're worried about putting on muscle, but they're generally worried about you overall health and well-being. Yes, they sometimes come off a little "frank", to-the-point, or harsh, but I would rather someone give it to me straight than pat me on my ass, and tell me everything's going to be ok, when in reality it's not.....

    Just my two cents..

    Okay, you're 6 feet tall and you can't even bench 200lbs natural and you think you're ready for a cycle? As far as your diet goes, you should post us your entire diet including meal times and portions. And include shakes and beverages as well.

    Also, if you're not even able to bench 2 plates, WTF does "hitting the gym hard" even mean?

    Your cycle is complete garbage too and you're not even prepared for it. The only smart thing you can do is STOP RIGHT NOW.

    What part of Stop Your Cycle are you having trouble with? If you cant follow simple advice like that, there's now way you'll listen to other solid advice. You've been given the best advice here based on your information and stats. If you choose to ignore it or do it your way, then so be it. Im not coddling you. But we are trying to point you in the right direction.

    And no one here is simply going to hand you a diet and spoon feed you. Youre an adult - act like one and take responsibility for your own health.

    What can I say I was in decent shape in my 20's but Cancer can really mess you up. Gaining so much weight was my own fault. It is a 120 mile drive to the Gym that I go to 3 to 4 times a week. I don't just sit around in the Gym either my shirt is soaked, and I am absolutly shot before I leave

    This was just going to be a 1 time thing for me. You all say I should stop so consider it done. Now I have no idea where to go from here

    You stop and go to the nutrition section. That's where to go from here.

    The combination of Sust and Deca will shut you down with only a couple of injections. So i recommend at least a light PCT to reboot your HPTA.

    Clomid 75-100/50/25
    Nolva 40/20/20

    In the meantime, i would take Capes advice and focus on a new diet - one that will reflect your intended goals.
