Stats are
150lbs

The diet isn't crappy its not junk food but more rich food, I'll have steak with brown rice and veggies or roast beef and potatoes, so it's not crappy just not clean.
And I eat whenever I want and drink shit tons of milk, but it's ok cause I hit my macros.
Btw I have chrons so I absorb nutrients significantly less than you
Potatoes are crappy. Milk is is an absolutely terrible choice. Doesn't sound like you're paying attention to your carb sources.

from the looks of it u arent postiing ur complete diet including total cals and macros which makes me think ur not counting them. if this is the case being able to calculate ur results is unlikely and u are just shooting from the hip. this is the wrong way to go about it. combined with ur choice of "dirty food" along with a thread already about what happens if u gain fat makes me think ur not gonna do very well. i suggest u re-structure this diet now..

Mate, ditch the weight gainer and switch to a whey but add some oats to your shakes.
Replace milk with water for your shakes. You can make little adjustments without compromising too much but will allow you to gain size, not fat.
EDIT: Having read this whole thread and looking at the OP's posts (not ignoring the name he is using) I seriously think this is yet another troll, but I hope I am wrong..
