I actually thought of a better example after posting the one above... one more fitting IMO. It's not directed at you specifically; it's for anybody who is of the opinion that members should be given the advice they're asking for regardless of how we feel about it:
Let's say a member posted asking for advice on his proposed cycle. He's already purchased test/tren, PCT, etc. He just wants advice on how to best run it, dosages, length, PCT protocol, etc. This member happens to mention he has a heart condition... or we've read it elsewhere in an unrelated post from said member. Would any responsible member actually give this guy advice, or would they strongly advise him against running the cycle? I would assume, and HOPE, the latter. But why? He's already purchased the gear. He's clearly planning to run the cycle anyway. So why wouldn't we just give him the best advice possible?
I'll tell you why. Because some people have to learn the hard way. We know that 9 out of 10 people aren't going to follow our advice when we tell them not to cycle. Most of them will regret it later. The one who listened will thank us.
In this example, the member has a condition whereby running AAS would clearly be a dangerous choice, putting his health, longevity, etc. at risk. How is this any different than a 19 year old asking about running a cycle? He too has a 'condition' - he's underage with regards to cycling, hasn't fully developed yet which means he also is risking his health, albeit via different avenues.
The fact of the matter is, as stated above by others, we see posts like these multiple times a day, everyday. It gets old. We do realize the OP's aren't aware of the million (similar) posts before theirs, but still. To make matters worse, they push back when they're not given the answer they were expecting... basically us confirming what they already have decided in their heads. So if staff/knowledgeable members seem agitated, even downright nasty sometimes - I apologize on their behalf - but please try and understand the other side. I assure you it doesn't come from a place of cockiness, as the OP of this thread suggested.
