    Fadedglory I’m getting from all your posts is that you want a fast fix to get big and a fast fix to lose weight. There is no such thing as a fast fix. Everyone on this site that has had success with improving their physiques has put in lots of hard work. Sure some have used AAS. Just because someone uses AAS, or GH doesn’t mean that they don’t work their asses off. Everyone that wants to lose weight diets and/or does lots of cardio. We are not trying to make this hard for you we are trying to help. We give advice not to be dicks but because we believe you need it. Sure some of us are a little rough when giving advice but when people don’t listen it gets old.

    Bro thanks for that but i have lost arnd 20kgs im not looking for a miracle.. The reason im asking for advice is because now my body is not reacting to any diet or weights hence thght for supplements m body has jus stopped its like it has reached its peak.. Dats why looking for supplements now because never have tried it..

    I would suggest taking the advice you have received on this thread. Check out the sections we advised you about. Learn as much as you can and apply it. Kia Green stated, “That in order to grow in this sport we must have an open mind and be willing to change.” He is a pro and if he is still learning and applying what he learns than how can we not?     I'm surprised nobody has mentioned Ephedrine or Yohimbine HCL. There's a lot of controversy about mixing the two, so I cycle them in two week intervals.

    Not going into specifics, Ephedrine HCL is a beta and alpha-blocker. It will assist in blocking fat and increasing your metabolism (~3%), this is heightened by the caffeine. Yohimbine HCL is an alpha-blocker and more commonly used to assist with fat in areas of high alpha-receptor concentration (love handles, lower thighs, etc). Typical doses (to be worked up to!) of Ephedrine HCL are 25mg 3 times a day OR 5mg Yohimbine HCL 3 times a day. Do NOT combine the two (known as an ECY stack). Some say it is safe but heart-intensive, but I would say that you're a fool if you can't cycle them properly.

    Known as ECA stacking (don't do the aspirin, seriously). Ephedrine HCL, Caffeine, and Aspirin (again, drop the aspirin!). You can find Ephedrine HCL in OTC nasal tablets like Bronkaid and Primatene, and Yohimbine HCL is openly sold in 2.5mg or 5mg tablets online. Typically you start at 12.5mg of Ephedrine twice a day with 200mg of caffeine and work your way up to 3 doses (~6 hours apart) of 25mg E and 200mg C. I like this method because it clears up my throat and I breath a lot better when I'm on it. Like others have said, you can't treat these things like a miracle pill, weight loss is 99% diet.

    That said, EC helps suppress my appetite and control hunger pangs, and the caffeine keeps me alert. You need to be careful though and listen to your body. Ephedrine can be tough on the heart, so if you feel palpitations or it seems like you're overdoing your training, you probably are. And caffeine is diuretic so you want to make sure you're drinking enough water and staying on top of dehydration. EC and YC stacks are great for cutting down, but like all things come with a degree of personal responsibility.

    1. You can actually take heed to all the valuable information/request most of the respectful members here have given you.

    2. You can read, which consequently will help you (hopefully) literate your own communication skills

    3. You can stop trolling all the good people here and take the fastest weight losing method the world has ever known.     ECA is an OTC fat burner that actually is proven to work, however it's only a small increase and you must have a good diet. You should also give Austinite's fat loss protocol a try.
