4000 was probably a touch high! I can tell my ur avi that I probably have a great deal more lbm and I'm eating 4k, and 4k is a touch high for me, BUT I'm also taking t3. I'm willing to bet u could gain well and keep fat to a minimum if u knock back 500-750 cals without seeing ur actual stats. Unless ur actually like 6'5" or something lol
