I check my blood pressure every weak and its 100 % normal . I havent changed anythong in my diet and i have been eating the same foods for 4 months straight now . The only change was that i introduced hit cardio daily for 15 mins in the morning. Protein is 250 , carbs 275 g , fats come feom animal protein , 6 fish oils , and 10 g from almonds . My carb sources are oats and grits . Goal is to reach 4% bodyfat .
