    When you've been offline @1 hr. and your right hand starts to shake(the one that controls the mouse)...so u take your left hand to calm down the shakes and notice it has moved to your left hand.........then sweat beads pop out on your forehead as your core temp. increases......yours eyes start to get blurry and your now starting to get chest pains...u try to get to a cpu when your legs giveout beneath you.......a friend walks in and yells "u havin a heart attack".....u say NO and AR attack..... just get me to the cpu and log me in to AR.......I'll be fine.......so here I am.....back to postin again.......I feel much better now......thank God I'm not addicted because that was a close call........I almost Kicked the bucket.

    when I keep having recurring dreams about AR members and working out!!!! damn bdtr is starting to scare me in my dreams yelling "GIVE ME 4 MORE SETS!!!" after our 40th set...

When your wife says dinners ready and when your done shes sleeping, when your kid needs his diaper changed and he smells like rotting fish and you think to yourself he can hang on for a few more.
