Well, seeing as those are 2 opposing goals, and as I said before, it would depend heavily on body composition, etc. - it's pretty much impossible to answer. BUT for shits and giggles...
I'd fast for 24 hours, then I'd get down with:
Steak (T-Bone, Porterhouse, or Prime Rib - maybe Ribeye)
Sweet potato w/ butter and cinnamon
Huge Salad w/ goat cheese, walnuts, apples, etc.
side of veggies - mixed grilled
Coconut Shrimp
Hmmm... I should stop there... probably well over 5000 calories already but yea... something like that.![]()
