- 1 large bowl of beef chilli

work out (60min cardio, weighted abs 3 sets, decline abs 3 sets, hanging leg raises 3 sets)

- 2 scoops of protein + creatine

meal 3
- 4 lean turkey sausage rolls (low sodium)
- 1 cup Freekeh

snack
- 1/2 cup pistachios
- 1 peanut butter wrap

meal 4
- 6 slices lean turkey bacon
