    shin splints on Test-e?

Hey all, I just started a test-e cycle and I will be adding whinny in a few weeks. I am 35yrs old, 208lbs. I've ran test-p before with ok results. I have been a runner for almost 10yrs and have a few full marathons under my belt. I know all the common stretches need for my shins. I wanted to know if anybody had any problems with shin splints while on test-e? is this common? i've had shinsplints in the past but it usually goes away after some stretches and healing but it seems different in this case. let me know any info you guys might have. thx

I had them terribly on the first part of my first cycle. Stretching didn't help much, but foam rolling did. I bought a rumble roller and haven't had any issues since.

I don't think it's shin splints, it's more of very painful pumps in your shins. I run 5Ks daily and near the end of cycles it's so uncomfortable that I just stop running. Some guys get back pumps, some shins, some none

    That'sy guess through personal experience

could it be bad gear? or could it be my body needs to adjust to it?

I have about the same stats as you and am taking test e. I have both painful back and shin pumps as well. It feels like the muscle's going to explode. I'm new to this and figured it had something to do with the water retention.. Just a guess..

Take taurine. Helps a ton. I use 4gr a day on Tren cycles. Its cheap and available locally at Gnc or vitamin shoppe

Might want to reconsider the winny usage as it might cause joint issues as well.

I'll do research on taurine. thx.
I've been a runner for a long time and like to add it to my workouts but the shins been killing me. I could do other forms of cardio to take the pressure so I might try that for now. thx
