Yes and it didn't pass. My friend owns defense company. He put several hundred people through Florida concealed carry classes so that they would be ready when law passed. When law didn’t pass his phone blew up. Over half of the people he trained have called and want their money back.

My understanding was that they have till a certain date to comply with the Supreme Courts order or Fed Law will supercede...

When I read about it on the net it stated that it didn't pass. I did read that about Supreme Court also. I don't know. I own guns but I have never had desire to carry one around with me. So I haven’t really been following the issue. I think its bad idea. Dumb asses already get drunk and get in fights. I can only imagine someone getting intoxicated getting angry and pulling gun on someone.
