Been on Keto diet for 1.5 weeks now. 6'6 255lbs. Have been shredding fat. Question is to maintain muscle building I want to start carb loading soon. My thought was Saturday carb meal 300 grams of carbs. and sunday carb meal probably another 300 grams of carbs, while keeping fat low of course. Would that be sufficient for the week to build muscle and store enough glycogen in the muscle to build lean mass, and still doing the keto diet strong during Monday through Friday...
Second question....If I wanted to get shredded for one day of the week...Saturday. Could I Keto diet throught out drinking loads of water...Thursday cut it to half, Friday barely any. And Saturday load a huge carb meal before ripping my shirt off on the lake..Would the desired effect doing something like that...
