You should be alternating between all 6 major places ( delts, glutes, thighs outer sweep only for your thigh) every time you pin. And should not be going back to the same place until you have done all 6 then repeat. It sounds like you have been pinning in the same place? That is not good and can easily create and abscess amongst other things (which you may or may not have there now I don’t know). You should not continue to pin in the same place and learn how to pin in all 6 areas it is very easy and will negate any problems in the future.
