well its about knowing your own body, for me im very carb sensitive. i dont need much and a lot of the time i have a great workout without carbs before hand.

I agree. Im VERY sensitive. For me, as soon as i eat anything containing carbs i instantly feel flabby.
Not sure if i have stopped losing fat but ive lost about 6 lbs in 2 weeks but it is starting to SLOW down now.
