Wow! Like monitoring BP and HR. Drink maybe 2 gallons of water a day, because i am guessing the body temperature rises. How much weight did you drop? Is there muscle loss and can it be prevented? I might just stick to Clen lol. I have been kind of slacking and the pounds kinda crept up on me lol. I am wanting to drop weight down to a healthier spot and then maybe start a cycle this Fall. I don't want to start one while at high BF.
