but at least he is actually cracking people. The guy TS and I used to see was so damn lazy. He would just have us lay face down and put these heating pads on our backs.. after like 3 "sessions" and feeling no different after each ~I was like,this is crap... and stopped going.

Need me some of that. Always been nervous to go to one, seems like a minor mistake could **** you up pretty bad.
I had a big Tongon friend who we use to let crack our necks, and he always scared me a bit.
He was about 6'5'' 290-300 and lean. Very intimidating individual. Very quick on his feet also. Ive seen him clear out about 20 people in a bar one night.

Ohhhh some of that looked So good. I love a GOOD chiropractic adjustment. Problem is to many dont know what they are doing.
That shoulder adjustment looked heavenly as well as the upper middle back.

LOL, at least he is wearing gloves. I have no idea what that is about. I would guess some type of jaw adjustment that cant be done from the outside? For the most part everything he did looked good.

I saw a Chiro in Orange County a long time ago, and also saw one in the Inland Empire. The one in the OC had all sorts of techniques, and would get cracks and pops out of places that you didn't think could do that. The one in the IE basically just do a basic back and neck adjustment, or virtually the same thing I can get from my wife. Like anything, there's some really good ones, but you have to go through quite a few not so good ones to get there.
