    Im 30 yrs old.i was 225 lbs at one time i have been lifting for a couple years but as i said before i have been in a calorie deficit to lose weight......and i drank liquor evry week 3 to 4 times a week.i have cut down from 225 to 181 sorry that im not vin diesel homeboy but 6 months is stupid crazy.....but yea i have a training partner

    no, six months is NOT stupid crazy. this is the period of time where you get the most noticeable improvements in the least amount of time. After that, incrementally, gains come slower and slower.

    You need to develop a good foundation and work on your diet. it would be a mistake to get impatient and start steroids before you have a good foundation in place. There is more going on than your musculature. You also have connective tissue that responds to weight training very slowly. Hitting steroids too soon is asking for trouble, and posing a serious risk of injury to your tendons and ligaments. Some will tell you that you shouldn't touch steroids until you are below 13% body fat, been hitting it intensely at the gym for 4 or 5 years, and have hit the proverbial brick wall in terms of gains.....

    .....I still see a lot of room for improvement on your frame, something you can do without AAS.

    Be patient. It will come.

    By the way...

    strength comes from the gym

    and you build size in the kitchen

    maybe you should post your diet in the nutrition section, complete with your tdee, macros per meal and total macros per day....
    ...I'm thinking dialing this in now can accelerate your progress noticeably.
