One day, I know it won't matter to me and I'll get sick of all this and just go back to my natural build, which, I'll admit, was fairly impressive on its own. If I wanted to go natural I'd probably do well in the Physique division but right now that's not where my interests lie.

OK, so there's a difference between Letro and Nolva? I thought those drugs were generally the same. Now that you mention it, I have noticed more joint pain, especially in my hands. I started getting bad carpal tunnel last year and found a lot of relief through massage and the problem was almost totally gone. I was having to wear wrist braces all day and now almost never. But I've noticed that hand pain creeping back in, and I honestly can't see a change in physique after being on for 4 weeks. Maybe it's just not a good drug for me.
Nolva (Tamoxifen) blocks estrogen receptors in breast tissue as were Letro will actually lower the actual estrogen level. I know womens sex drive can be very sensetive to estrogen fluctuation. This is one of the biggest issues with menstrual cycles. Womens estrogen sky rockets to the 400ng range during ovulation (many women have very high libido during their period) and then the estrogen levls drop way down after then rise back up and level out. Any small fluctuation in estrogen for women can have a major effect on libido.

I would ask some personal questions to help determine if this is the case but that I will leave up to you.
