well as far as experience, i have been training for about 4 years, two years on when i first started, one year and a half on and off, and now i'm committed again and it's been about 6ish months.
gym schedule is 3 on 1 off (2 muscle groups each session).
i haven't done any research on similar cycles.
the research i have done:
50mg var (50 pills) will last for 50 days, so 50 mg a day - 7 week cycle. i supposedly would need to cut it into ingesting this twice a day, so i would need to cut it into half's. i also read that cutting these up may not be the best idea (why idk?).
200mg (i meant to put mg before, not ml) test cyp (10 vials), doing 100mg a week with 10, 200mg vials, that will last about 15-20 weeks depending on when i jump from 100mg to 200mg (but idk).
i'll be honest, i'm not too too educated in all of this. hehe.
