    300g of protein is 1200kcal

    Than you got just 800kcal left for fats and carbs.

    1g fat = 9kcal
    1g carb= 4kcal

    What is your weight, too much protein IMO.

    I'm assuming TDEE is how many I eat a day, which has to be like 4k . I'm trying to cut down to 250 as fast as possible

    I wouldn't go lower than 500kcal under TDEE imo.

    2k seems low I suppose
    4609x7=32263 (daily intake ish)
    2000x7=14000 (intake after diet adjustment)
    32263-14000=18263 (total calorie deficit)
    18263/3500=5.218 (fat loss per week in lbs)
    Is the math all right or am I missing something?

    Don't go less than 2200 cals but that should see you drop ALOT of weight quickly. 50/30/20 split.

    Post it up, let's see it.
