hard to say really, I didnt get a bodycomp done at the begining (mainly cause I didnt want to actually see the number) so I dont know how much LBM I gained, but the scale shows about 20# down at this point.
Definitely working on the legs. Smashed my left kneecap the week I got back from Mexico and it needed to have the blood bubble expressed (cut to drain) so it held back leg training a couple weeks but Ive since bumped it to twice a week and as heavy as I can go. A little over 4 weeks, hopefully I can bring it all together.
