That would be a blast (pun intended) to catch some workouts together. I've been doing this style for 8-10 years now at 3 X per week as well. It just works for me especially since I train at home and work from home. Basic lifts just plain work. Fancy stuff not needed, IMHO. If I'm every across the pond.....

And it's always good to keep something up your sleeve. That is if there's any room left there.....

Thanks man! No where near where I want to be bf wise. But I am doing this cut slowly. I will see how I look in about 8 more weeks of carb cycling and cardio.

That's what I am shooting for. My ultimate goal is 195 at a true sub 10% which is shredded imo.
I will hopefully be 180 shredded then slowly bulk

Well, think hard about it. Some pieces of equipment would = a years membership at a gym. Training totally alone is "different" to say the least and not everyone is cut out for it. Not pointing a finger, just an observation. I don't have any issues with it but I often miss the sights and sounds of a good gym. Especially the sights.....

That's an important factor. The sounds and the smells the people watching can be a motivating I'll add here. I don't care how humble or concentrated for most the distractions can be motivators in themselves. I have tried the home thing several times and I can only maintain, just maintain. So for me the gym has always been a tremendous motivator, but that's me. Good luck gearbox. ....crazy mike

Nope, chest used to be but its plenty developed so I just want to maintain and hit tge lacking parts.

Its a coin toss for my fav. Depends on the week. Mainly it is shoulders and legs. In the last 6 months they have responded in a crazy way to the mix up of training.

Legs have shredded fat off them from the change of diet and same for shoulders so look great in the mirror nothing compared to the big boys here but all in good time.

Definitely will kel. I forgot to mention I do not pay for my membership at gym so I will still go occasionally.

I have a smith machine in my basement with a high and low pulley with a good weight stack that allows you to hang free weight on it as well. Very versatile if you use your imagination with it.

Hey quick question, was just doing legs and its been a week since my last leg session. As soon as I started lifting my quads where on fire, they felt very fatigued. I finished my first exercise and was struggling to walk haha. Started the next and it was no hope. So i cut it short did some light high Rep and moved onto hamstrings and calves.
Was that the right thing to do in this case? The muscle hadn't fully recovered yet?

Could this be a problem since I do kick boxing and I'm up and down ladders carrying a load all day? My legs don't get the best rest and recover?
Should I make my rest periods longer ( time between leg sessions, say 1 and a half weeks compared to 1) or just man up?

I have problems intermittently with uploading too. I have chrome and ff installed along with the stock browser (ie10 in my case). Switching browsers usually does the trick for me. If on android browser, I think ff and chrome have phone apps but haven't installed yet so sol until I get home. It seems random.
