First Cycle: Test Enanthate & Dbol

May I ask 2 questions;
1) Why 600mg instead of 500mg
and
2) Why not a Test only cycle for your first cycle

I understand that test + dbol is a granddaddy cycle, but I figured first cycle is always test only.

Intelligent questions.

Just to be on the safe side, I'd wait another year or two til your mid twenties and you have a fully mature hormone system.
