Ok. Anytime you switch compounds for a cycle, do it one at a time, so you will know which might be causing said reactions.
You have multiple things that could be going wrong. One, you are reacting to a new compound. Two, one or both vials are not sterile and causing a reaction. Three, Or you have an infection caused by one of the vials.
Solutions, stop the cycle, try and get a antibiotic and clear up things. Health is number one. inject two different sites using one compound per site and see if you have a reaction on either or both sites. If its just one site, then stop that gear, take an antibiotic, and continue with the gear that didnt cause the flare up.
