After doing a test enanthate cycle. Will my natural test level increase ?

Higher? Why should that happen? If you do everything correctly you should be able to bring it back to what is 'normal' for you but there are no guarantees. I've never seen or read about a case where someone went on test and forever elevated their natural test level once coming off.

That's not true. Only exception being is if you're past your natural limit. But even in that case, some people claim you can still maintain most of the gains even when it's past your limit.
