I know i got with a nutrition and put that meal plan together for when i cut weight which i am right now i usuay meet with one right around may for a leaner plan and around august to put together a plan to bulk for the school year

That's great you have a nutritionist helping with your nutrition.....but they're YOUR goals, not his/hers so you need to know your macros, TDEE and your daily caloric requirements if you want to succeed in your fitness goals.Originally Posted by TeenBodybuilder
We all have jobs, family, school, etc but if you're really dedicated to this and not looking for a quick fix, then you'll put the effort into all aspects of your fitness, not just those that conveniently fit your schedule.
