My next shot is supposed to be tomorrow, I won't do it. I am not looking for shortcuts. I workout very hard and strict on diet with one cheat meal once a week. Just needed a little extra boost to bring the motivation up. I do care about my health and don't want any crazy side effect that I will have to pay for in future.
I was also told my bone density is very high which make me weigh more, I don't care about all that stuff, just need the right guidance from experience and educated individuals.
Really appreciate the replies so far! Wish I could do something in return for your honest and humble replies!!!
