the allure of testosterone for men is very seductive. if you look around all you hear is how it is the fountain of youth or some cure-all. but it's not. if I was 25 I would want to find out why my testosterone is so low.

I would look at addressing nutritional and lifestyle problems. there are many "easy" things one can do to have a real positive impact on their testosterone levels. asking these questions up front, before starting TRT is really the best idea IMO.

finally, stay away from supplements like natural testosterone boosters. you'd be suprised, but many of these contain hormonal substances that can disrupt your endocrine system. aside from a handful or two of select vitamins or nutrients then really, supplements in general are wasteful to both your wallet and hope.
