Well after several shots and attempts at tweaking the lights here is what I have at the end.

I may not have win this as I've not made much progress from start of this comp to today, but this is hat I looked like last year. With only a bowflex some dumbells and resistance bands and trying to learn to eat right along the way.... And TONS of great guidance and advice to some of you guys.... I'm still in the direction of where I'm trying to go its been a pleasure

I've had a lot of personal issues at home to deal with, I'm not going to go into it but I have made some progress and I'm going to continue on my path. Just not worth someone's time judging very little on my behalf.
For me now it's a long haul not a race
I'm still not seeing the gym twice a week so I'm just cracking on with what I can do.

OK I took some tonight. They suck and look about the same as the 1st ones in all these poses but my other poses show more improvement. Lighting sucked with this camera also. Ill take some more when I get home but wanted to do them the same as the 1st ones although the lighting is different for some reason.

diet was not the best through out. had 3 out of town engagement parties, 2 out of town bachelor parties, and two out of town weddings during this short span. starting cycling only 5 weeks ago so hoping to progress further in the upcoming weeks. I will continue to log in my normal thread in the nutrition section.

I think I posted on the original page that I wasn't by my computer or had the pics taken yet. I was in it for myself anyways and always like competitions. Just wish I would have had time to really focus on it
