I'm 6'0 about 20%bf and dropping,265lb. I've been naturally strong since I can remember. Bench pressed over 400lbs since freshmen yr in H.S. 4 shoulder ops later and about 7yrs I weighed 290lbs, fat and unhappy. Got back in the gym about 3 months ago and found this board. These guys helped with my diet and workout and I'm slowly getting my old body back.Let me stress the word SLOWLY. When I reach my goal of 230lbs I will begin my first real cycle. I can't wait!
