I am just finishing up my first 12-week cycle as follows:
Weeks 1-12:
- Test E: 375 twice a week (750 / week)
- Proviron 50 mg / day
Weeks 1-8
- Dbol: 30 mg / day
It was a fairly simple stack / program and it brought some good results. I am 45; 6' tall (ectomorph). I have weighed about 180 for the past 20 years (with working out regularly the past 10). With this cycle I reached almost 200 (starting at 177; that was about 20 lbs). I workout 4-5 days per week on a 3-day split plus one overall body workout for a total of 4-day workout routine. I change up the excercises to keep my body guessing but keeping in some of the old-faithful excercises (squats, presses, etc..).
I would like to take a short 4-week break and start a second cycle. As I understand from some research, that if you take a short break then don't go on PCT because switching to a PCT for only 4 weeks is stressful to your body and by just taking the 4 weeks off, I can easily go back on another 12 week cycle. I plan on taking a full PCT break after cycle 2 for a full 12 weeks off.
Question #1: Am I on the right track to take a 4-week, NO PCT, break if I plan on doing another 12-week; then take a full 12-week break with a proper PCT?
Question #2: Can someone recommend a good 2nd cycle stack? I was thinking a combo of Test Prop / Deca / Dbol with Proviron. Is this an ok stack? or would it make better sense to throw in Tren instead of Deca?
Question #3: My partner is also running the same cycle but he is prone to bloating and has taken armidex on-cycle. Would he be better with a Prop / Tren / Dbol while I (who have no body fat) better with Prop / Deca and dbol?
