    I think my point is that a good number of us over do it with the supplements, self included. I cant think of any reason for needing 1000% of mdr of vitamin e. but that's the size the caps come in

    Where do you think the fish get it from? I skip the middle men (food chain) and go straight for the algae. Spirulina and chlorella every day.

    If fish oil does cause cancer AR-R may want to look into Chemotherapy research drugs as the majority of us will be in trouble from taking fish oil. LOL
