Strongly disagree with this in my opinion its bro science Mast will do a ton for you at 15% that is a myth no matter what your bf% Mast attacks fat and is great for cutting and overall hardness it will help a ton. My only suggestion aside from I think you are to young is forget 10 week drop to 8 and just run prop and Mast at that dose all 8 anyways good luck. The prop could be run at 150 with the Mast as well 200 is probally not needed as well
