you havent been a member long enough, i believe its 15 or 30 days. you just joined this month so the most its been is 6 days

I thought it had to do with number of post, requiring a minimum if 50 post before you can private message others... As far as now, the number if days since you became a member has nothing to do.

i have above 50 posts hand have been here for atleast 6 weeks (probably more) and i am still unable to send PM
