A little update.
Trained legs today, strength is defs up abit managed more reps & sets at a higher weight then last week on the squat. start of week 4 tomorrow, getting excited. Calories are at 3000 for this week, will start to weigh myself every morning at home as ive found my scales!
Also if someone could tell me when should i be testing my BP? I test it at night usually an hr after i eat my last meal.. been stayin at 140-150/80-90 hasnt really gone down except for during the week one day it was 135/74 or so :/
Should i be concerned or its just part of AAS use and high RBCs etc?
