Learned this from an old timer I worked construction with, and if you work in a kitchen you should be set.

Just use straight corn starch! It'll keep your boys drier than any powder on the market. Just re apply as necessary, but a couple times a day was all I ever needed.

+1... a buddy of mine is a chef and he does this when it gets really hot.
