hey guys,
so i have been lifting for quite some time but i have just recently really wanted to get into powerlifting. I have always run a typical split working each body part either once or twice per week. I just want to know how i focus on the three main powerlifting lifts ( bench, squat, deadlift) while working my routines as i will still feel the need to work the rest of my body. do i run things the same way and just do the power lifts at the beginning of the corresponding day or should i jump into a complete powerlifting routine on its own? if someone could please get back to me on this and help me out or point me in the right reading material direction it would be greatly appreciated as i am really interested in getting into this.
