1-3 gallons depending on how hot it is/ how much outside work Im doing. I have downed 4 gal on very bad days.

4 litres max........I train very hard and intense and never feel I need more than that ever!......

i train to hard sometimes and water doesn't get it, I need gatorade or a drink with electriclites.
Does drinking a protein shake with water count as part of water intake? I've had people tell me no!
4-5 litres! I have to agree with quote above sometimes a drink with electrolytes helps but I do try to stay away from it...
