I dont know how it compares head to head to injections but I know after looking into it a bit it is by far a more superior option than the other oral b-12' options avail. From what Im reading VASTLY superior. It would be nice cause injections are a pain after a while.

yea I do 4 days a week injections, it would be nice not to add more! the reason I am interested is because I need a little more energy. i'll give it a try. thanks for the input Jimmy and Austinite!

I assume it is no different than sublingual tablets, which did a great job for me.
