    Train calves FIRST on leg day. Not last. Prioritize them.

    I was weigh today at a health fair where they check my blood sugar cholesterol and BP. But my weight came out at 206. The scale was on carpet so I'm not sure how much that effected it. I'm 5' 10.5"

    Pretty plain and restricted. I'm hesitant to post It because I DO have a prep coach and where i pay for my diet and things it's hard to show it for free. Feel free to pm me if you'd like more detail on it.

    Met with m coach today and hit delts and chest. Then some posing. Having trouble getting my hamstring to drop when doing side chest and tricep. Suggestions?
