    Yeah but arms and chest are tiny. Been really targeting them the last month though. Should see some good progress this fall

    Everyone has there lagging parts...good luck on the focus.for chest heavy anything works best for me. Doing 10x reps even to failure doesn't do as well as 4-6 for me heavy. And negatives but get a good spotter

    I've found that dumbbell pressing with a big squeeze at the top has helped me add more mass, keeping the reps low. But things like calves have responded to medium weight, and forced reps/rest-pause.

    My chest and arms don't respond to heavy weight and low reps. My back and legs sure do. I'm on a bodybuilding routine now though so the next few months we will see how they like high volume and forced reps. All about finding out what works for your individual growth.
